John Park

John has nearly 40 years' experience in the profession. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). John deals with all aspects of accounts, audit and taxation and general business advice. John has extensive experience of managing and handling HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) taxation enquiries. He has a special interest in the motor trade sector and owner-managed businesses, but also in Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and acting as an expert witness for clients in litigation cases. John takes a keen interest in several sports and still plays Rugby Union at local club level on a regular basis.

Alex Prior

Alex has over 30 years' experience in the profession. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a Fellow of the Association of Charity Independent Examiners (FCIE). In 2009 he gained a Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). Alex deals with a wide range of limited companies, partnerships and sole traders. He has a particular interest in the charity sector and acts as an Independent Examiner for a number of charities, and advises charities in relation to the Charities Acts and SORP. He also has substantial experience in advising on VAT matters, particularly in relation to commercial property. Alex has an interest in education and is a governor of a local school.

Nick Prior

Nick has over 20 years' experience in the profession. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and obtained a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Analysis from Newcastle University. Nick acts for a variety of owner-managed businesses, particularly limited companies, and has an interest in the motor trade sector and retail/service companies. He advises on accounts software and IT solutions for clients. Nick is a keen golfer and an enthusiast of many sports, in particular rugby and football.
